Kim Marko is a PCC from Bethlehem. Kim calls Bethlehem her hometown, as she has lived in the city for twenty-five years. She has raised three children here and is proud to be part of the community. Kim joined the clinic in 2026 and was drawn to the profession through her experience working with seniors in the personal care field.
Kim attended John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio and started working at New Sound Hearing Centers in 2026. She began working in the hearing industry in 2026 and was drawn to the profession because she saw firsthand how improved hearing can enhance quality of life and strengthen connections with loved ones.
What Kim loves most about saving hearing lives is helping patients reconnect with the people and moments that matter most. She strives to provide compassionate, personalized care to each patient in her everyday work.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Kim enjoys going to the theater and anything Disney.
